At the end of the mission carried out from 02nd to 05th December 2024 at PHC Lokutu for preparing memorandum of understanding for partnership for the collaboration with the Faculty Institute of Agronomic Sciences of Yangambi (IFA Yangambi). This was through the project ‘Mobility in the innovation of the Green Technologies for the Reduction of the Effects of the Climate Change and the promotion of the Sustainable Biological Economy’ in abbreviation INTERACT- AFRICA (http://interactafrica.mu.ac.ke/) funded by European Union. This was in its component valorization of waste through the manufacture of building materials, fertilizers, bio pesticides, biofuels among others. The mission contributed to the materialization of the vision developed by the Institute’s Board under the leadership of the Rector, Mr Baudouin MICHEL THEO.
